The service uses a satellite modem and a small, easy-to-install dish (74 cm or 98 cm, or 1.2 m for very high-efficiency links), supported by in-country technical, operational and customer-care teams from our reseller and partner network across Africa.

Is Ka-band affected by rain? Ka-band is more sensitive to very heavy rain than Ku-band and C-band. For critical sites we combine it with Ku-band, C-band or Starlink using SD-WAN automatic failover.
Ka-band or Starlink? Geostationary Ka-band offers shared or dedicated plans with guaranteed bandwidth and private networking; Starlink offers low latency. We provide both, standalone or as a hybrid solution.
